About Me
I returned to academia and research later in life to complete a BA in Psychology and a Master's of Professional Studies in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County in 2022.

Previously, I lived as a chef and kitchen director for several non-profit organizations in the Sierra Nevada and Cascade mountain ranges for about a decade. My passion has always been personal transformation. In the many years of living in a mountain cabin, I studied human factors and personal development through various philosophies. My research was always applied. I explored several eastern and western modalities.

My own personal growth and research led me back to academia, where I fell in love with researching applied methods for personal development and integrating models. Currently, my interests span the areas of positive psychology, organizational development, economics, anthropology and neuroscience, among others.
